4. Issued in a standard jewel case with a clear tray, including an 8-page fold-out booklet. Original version pressed by Disctronics S was issued in a green-tinted clear jewel case. Cinram, Olyphant, PA identified from the SID Codes. Recorded live. Although the music stops around (as printed) on track 10, there is applause after this and the track fades out at /5(5).
